The ensemble of buildings is architecturally, artistically and universally ground-breaking and marks a turning point in architecture and art on the threshold of the 20th century. The tour of the UNESCO World Heritage "Mathildenhöhe Darmstadt" tells the story of the entire ensemble with the studio house, exhibition building and artist houses.

Messel Pit Fossil Site and Hessian State Museum Darmstadt
